We Are Looking for a Technical Sales Manager for Automotive Equipment
At Lambda Automotive, a leading company in the manufacturing, import, and sale of automotive equipment, we are seeking to hire a Technical Sales Manager for Automotive Equipment to join our team. We specialize in vehicle diagnostic equipment, ADAS calibration systems, wheel aligners, AC equipment, gas emission control systems, and ATF equipment, offering innovative solutions to workshops and professionals in the automotive sector.
The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of automotive systems with sales skills to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the company’s sales in Spain and Portugal.
- Advise clients on our products and services.
- Conduct technical demonstrations.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide basic technical support to clients.
- Identify market opportunities and propose commercial strategies.
- Maintain open communication with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Be familiar with the represented equipment.
Requirements
- EDUCATION
- Minimum education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Automotive.
- SKILLS
- Sales and business development skills.
- Advanced user-level computer skills. Proficiency in Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP usage.
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- ABILITIES

- LANGUAGES
- Essential: B1 level English or higher.
- Portuguese knowledge is a plus.
