We are looking for a Sales and Customer Loyalty Executive
At Lambda Automotive, a leader in roadside assistance and vehicle transfer software solutions, we are seeking a B2B-focused Sales and Customer Loyalty Executive to strengthen our presence in Spain and open new business opportunities in European markets. Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new clients in key sectors such as tow truck companies, vehicle transfer companies, roadside assistance companies, insurance companies, dealership groups, car rentals, and more.
- Promote and sell our EFI Suite and Assisto solutions, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare attractive commercial proposals and negotiate contracts that drive the company's growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective commercial strategies in target markets.
- Attend trade shows and events in Spain and Europe, representing Lambda Automotive and our innovative solutions.

Report sales activities and results to management, ensuring objectives are met.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or services sector.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in tools such as ERP, CRM, Help Desk, and advanced office software.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a clear results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within Spain as required, and occasionally to Europe to attend industry fairs.

Languages
- C1 or C2 level English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of other languages such as French or German is a plus.
